Ethics violations by educators is the Number One issue with which I'm asked to help. The request comes after numerous efforts to correct the issues in-house. These violations are most often related to inappropriate boundaries between adults and students.

Develop script options for all stakeholders in order to investigate rumors, concerns, actions, to protect all parties
Practice
Hypothetical scenarios through role play, thought questions, and confidential questionnaires offer practice for sensitive and challenging situations
Comprehensive
Differentiated training for all district/school administrator, teachers, staff, paraprofessionals, volunteers, parents, and other stakeholders so the process is open, transparent, and used as intended:
